I guess that's what I could call it. Went out to run my Bridges loop from home, with my only plan being to slot in 8 x 25-30sec strides at 3-5km pace. Felt really easy and just cruised along. Finished back home in 53.50 which works out to 4.13/km. So that's my marathon pace I figure.
