Injured - bugger.

I have managed to bugger up my back goalkeeping at Ben's football training on Thursday evening.  All the muscles in my lower back have gone into spasm and anti inflamms have not had any effect so far.  It is so bad that I can't relax my abdominals.

My normal physio wasn't open today (Easter Saturday) but I was able to get in to see one at another practice.  She resorted to some dry needling to try and turn the muscles in my back off but to no real effect.  So it is heat packs and more anti inflamms and back to the physio on Tuesday.

Obviously no running so I won't be doing Challenge and I'll just be patient and have a steady prep for Run for a Reason.  Doubtful that I will do the 32km at the end of April now.

Needless to say, that is the last goalkeeping I will be doing - time to hang up the gloves.
